It All Started With A Lawn Mower and A Big Dream
With his pick-up truck and a lawnmower, Anthony Olender set out to pursue his landscaping dreams. Anthony has worked on Long Island in the landscape industry for over 30 years. He spent 13 of those years working at the Meadow Club in Southampton. In 1998, Anthony founded Oceanview Landscapes with a vision of complete client care and landscaping artistry. Since then, he has continued and grown his passion for comprehensive customer satisfaction. He is always trying to improve and enhance the customer and team member experience. Anthony also places great value on family time. He loves traveling, scuba diving, and most importantly, spending time with his wife and kids.

Matthew Werner
Matthew has over 25 years of experience in landscape construction, design, irrigation installation, and project management. Over years as the owner and operator of his own landscape installation and maintenance company, Matthew crafted his project management skills and built a process for success. In his free time, Matthew enjoys woodworking, farming, and raising his chickens.
Controller
Kim Sguazzin
Kim has been a valued member of the Oceanview Landscapes team since its early days. She has over 20 years of experience, is gifted at QuickBooks and Excel, and keeps our business running smoothly. She will always treat you with respect and kindness, and she will make sure everyone else does too. She also enjoys reading and is proud to be a member of a local book club.
Office Manager
Gina Guevara
Gina is our Office Manager who keeps everything in order and thrives at customer service. She keeps us on track so that customers receive exceptional care. She earned an associate's degree in Business Management from the local Suffolk Community College. She also has over 20 years of experience with office management. During her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family, gardening, and taking care of her bees and chickens.
Project Manager / Buyer
Diane L. Smullen
Diane is our talented Project Manager and Plant Buyer. With a bachelor's degree in Ornamental Horticulture from the University of Maryland, a New York State Certified Nursery and Landscape Professional (CNLP) certification, and 25 years of experience in the industry, Diane has the extensive expertise to ensure our clients receive extraordinary services. Her trained eye improves every landscaping project. She also enjoys gardening and relaxing at the beach.
Maintenance Manager
Jason Cuddihy
Jason is our Maintenance Manager and is a Certified Arborist. He has worked in the local landscaping industry for over 20 years and has a degree in horticulture from Kildalton college in Ireland. Your tree and plant problems will quickly be solved with the help of Jason. He also enjoys spending time with his family, traveling, or watching sports.
Office Administrator
Sara Hadley
Sara adds creativity and fresh ideas to Oceanview Landscapes. She has over 15 years of experience in diverse administrative roles, so she has developed a unique perspective that is well-suited for managing administrative duties and our social media accounts.
Mechanic
Lance Hammond
Lance has been an important member of the Oceanview Landscapes family for over a decade. With over 26 years of experience with mechanics and welding, he is the guy to go to if you ever need something fixed. When he is not solving people's engine problems, Lance is hiking, hunting, or fishing with his friends and family.
